Suzanne has many years combined experience in teaching, behaviour management and helping families to overcome sleep challenges. She achieved full marks in the OCN Sleep Training qualification and is a member of the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants. Importantly, she is a Mummy to two young children and has worked through and resolved issues with their sleep (repeated night waking, short daytime naps, needing Mummy to be present to fall asleep), their diet (milk allergies) and their medical health (reflux).
As a result, she has a lot of practical advice to share and the ability to empathise and relate to parents’ concerns. She is also well aware that each and every child (and parent) is different with individual needs meaning they require a truly personalised approach. And that individual personalisation is at the core of the work that GoodNight Guidance does.
Suzanne is passionate about helping families learn about how babies and children sleep whilst at the same time guiding and empowering them to overcome their child’s sleep challenges. Her motivation is to improve the day to day lives of a family so they can fell happier, have fun and enjoy these precious, incredible years of their child’s childhood. She always goes above and beyond.
Having trained and worked in all areas of sleeping training, Suzanne also specialises in the more complex areas of reflux and milk allergies. She is based in Newcastle, Co. Down and does home visits across Northern Ireland.
